Le locataire versera un dépôt de garantie de 200 € à 10000 €uros, selon les éléments précisés dans son contrat.

Versement du dépôt de garantie : Un lien « COTIOUS » (https://www.cotious.fr/) sera envoyé par e-mail ou SMS environ 7 jours avant l’arrivée
Cela permet de régler la caution de manière rapide et sécurisée et de diminuer le temps d’attente en réception.
Cette démarche en amont est conforme à la réglementation sur les données bancaires en vigueur, elle reste facultative et peut être réalisée sur place en réception selon le même procédé électronique.
Les frais d’authentification (environ 2,5% du montant de la caution) sont à la charge du locataire et non remboursables.
TIGNES AGENCE by ROC BLANC - CHAMPAGNY AGENCE by ROC BLANC restituera le dépôt entre 8 et 10 jours après le départ du locataire,
Déduction faite le cas échéant des manquants, du non-respect des consignes (ménages, restitution du linge de lit, serviettes…) …ou détériorations constatées, et compensation des sommes éventuellement dues à TIGNES AGENCE by ROC BLANC - CHAMPAGNY AGENCE by ROC BLANC.
