CHALET GYPAETE is located in les Almes quiet area (TIGNES LE LAC), 80 m far from skilifts CHAUDANNES and PAQUIS, 300 m far from TIGNES LE LAC ski resort center (French Ski School, Maison de TIGNES, skilifts, shops and public indoor carparks.

GYPAETE 2 (10 persons)on second and last floor
both apartments share common parts : stairs and ski lockers with boots warmer.

Apartment GYPAETE 2 is located on the second and top floor of the chalet.
It has a common entrance with the apertment GYPAETE 1 on the ground floor with ski locker and boot warmer.
It is composed as follows:
Lounge - dining room: 1 large table for 10 people, large sofa with coffee table, 3 armchairs, 1 desk, 1 TV, 1 fireplace and 1 large balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic cooktop, 1 fridge with freezing compartment, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 thermos coffee maker and 1 toaster.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 both equipped with 2 single beds, bedside table, with access to a balcony shared by the 2 bedrooms. Each room has its own private shower room with shower, sink, WC and towel dryer.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, bedside table, with shower room equipped with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, bedside table.
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed and 1 sofa, bedside table.
Shower room in room 4 shared by rooms 4 and 5 with a shower, sink, WC and towel dryer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – PROTECTION OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS’ PROPERTY:
The tenant shall pay a security deposit ranging from €200 to €10,000, depending on the terms specified in the lease agreement.
CLASSIC accommodation: security deposit of €100.00 per bed in the accommodation
example: studio for 2 people (€200.00), studios for 4 people (€400.00)
PREMIUM and CHALETS accommodations: security deposit of €250.00 per number of guests in the accommodation
example: studio for 2 people (€500.00), studios for 4 people (€1,000.00)
5-star luxury chalet accommodations: security deposit of €3,000.00 to €10,000.00 depending on the chalet booked.
Payment of the security deposit: A “COTIOUS” link (https://www.cotious.fr/) will be sent via email or SMS approximately 7 days before arrival
This allows you to pay the security deposit quickly and securely and reduces wait times at check-in.
This advance procedure complies with current banking data regulations; it remains optional and can be completed on-site at check-in using the same electronic process.
Authentication fees (approximately 2.5% of the security deposit amount) are the tenant’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
TIGNES AGENCE by ROC BLANC - CHAMPAGNY AGENCE by ROC BLANC will refund the security deposit between 8 and 10 days after the tenant’s departure,
after deducting, where applicable, any missing items, failure to comply with instructions (cleaning, return of bed linens, towels, etc.) …or any damage observed, and offsetting any amounts owed to TIGNES AGENCE by ROC BLANC - CHAMPAGNY AGENCE by ROC BLANC.
